Plugged In

Grossmont College’s Classified Staff Members have always been welcome to participate in the FLEX Week Professional Development Program. In the context of We’re All In, plugged in is a pilot program that more explicitly encourages your participation in FLEX Week with the aims of:

  • creating a community of professional learning across the college which breaks down silos and broadly shares awareness of the campus’ strategic goals, major initiatives, and the various opportunities to contribute to them;
  •  providing additional professional development opportunities to our classified staff;
  • and getting a jump start on the what appears to be the state’s upcoming increased support of classified state professional
  • attend some of the suggested FLEX Week Sessions (see below) after getting approval form your Supervisor
