Professional Development Needs Assessments

In order to identify and prioritize professional development investments the Office of Professional Development conducts periodic, formal, college-wide assessments. These tools are used to help frame and develop a comprehensive professional development program for faculty, staff, and administrators.

In Fall 2015, the Office of Professional Development along with the College-wide Professional Development Committee collaborated with James Marshall Consulting to conduct a systematic needs analysis, which was followed in 2017 by a campus wide culture and climate survey, both of which are available below:
