Prerequisite Clearance Information
- Prerequisite Clearance requests should be requested two weeks prior to your registration date.
- Requests must be initiated by the student.
- Required prerequisites are posted in the college catalog.
- Requests will be processed in the order received.
To clear the prerequisite for:
- CHEM 116
- CHEM 141
- CHEM 142
- CHEM 241
- CHEM 241L
- CHEM 242
- CHEM 242L
- BIO 230

Include the following information in your request to the Department Chairperson:
- Student Name
- Student ID Number
- Course you wish to be enrolled in.
- Documentation must be attached to the email request. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted for clearance.

- CHEM 113
- CHEM 115
- CHEM 120
