Easily Accessed

Built on a mesa between the cities of El Cajon and La Mesa, California, the Grossmont College campus is easily accessed by major roads and by the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System.

Pedestrian Friendly

With parking kept to the outside, the pleasant, pedestrian-friendly campus centers on the Learning and Technology Resource Center (including the Library). Nearby, you’ll find important student services like the Griffin Grill Food Court, the gym, and the Science Laboratory.

Next Door to Outdoors

You can cheer on the Griffins playing football and soccer in the stadium on the northeast corner of the campus, but you’ll have to head further afield to chase down the cross-country team, which may be running the trails next door in Mission Trails Regional Park or out at Mission Bay or several local beaches.

A Stage for Art

The stage door is right next door, too: the Stagehouse Theatre, on the southwest corner of campus, is home to five major productions every year. Nearby you’ll find The Hyde Art Gallery in the Main Quad. The Griffin Gate Auditorium hosts special events and speakers, and you’ll sometimes find performers outside, too.

Note: The only reason why I made this a separate section is because that is how it is laid out on the stamats site map. This could easily be one page.
