The A.R.C. offers learning disability assessments for Grossmont College students. A learning disability specialist individually assesses students and interprets their test results to identify learning strengths and challenges. The assessment process includes two, two-hour assessments and a one-hour results appointment, after which students who are eligible for learning disability services will be assigned appropriate individualized academic accommodations and support services.
If you think you have a learning disability and would like to be assessed, visit the A.R.C. (Building 60-120) to obtain a learning disability intake packet and schedule a learning disability intake appointment.
For further information, please contact Carl Fielden, Learning Disability Specialist, at (619) 644-7111.
