Coach Aldous grew up playing and falling in love with soccer in Sacramento area before moving to San Diego for college. Jason played in Holland for FC Quick when he was 17. During his college career he played in the PDL with the Cascade Surge being named player of the week twice and made team of the year honors as well. He led the team and division in scoring his first year with the Surge. After graduating from college he pursued his lifelong dream of coaching. Jason is married to his best friend Sarah and they have three children, Brooklyne, London and Marek.
Coaching Experience: Jason is currently the Director of Coaching for Liverpool Soccer Club. He is also the head coach of Patrick Henry High School Women’s Soccer team for the past 4 years. Jason has coached club soccer in San Diego area for 14 years. He has worked with coaches such as Malcolm Cook (former Liverpool youth director) and Frans Hoek (Current Manchester United assistant coach). Jason has spent time in England, Spain and Holland studying coaching techniques that have helped him to develop into the coach he is today. Currently Jason has a US Youth Soccer “Youth National License” as well as his NSCAA National Diploma and Coerver Youth Diploma.
