eCounseling is for quick questions regarding current information, such as, summer/fall registration dates and form processing assistance. These are quick question and answer sessions, and are NOT designed for intensive information. No transcripts will be pulled. This can take up to 1-2 business days (Monday-Thursday) for a response. NOTE: If we are unable to fully respond to your questions, we will refer you to Ask a Counselor or to schedule an appointment.
Ask a Counselor can provide a bit more information than eAdvising. Transcripts can be pulled. This can take up to 2-3 business days (Monday-Thursday) for a response.
