The Grossmont College Cashier's Office is located in Student Services & Administration (Bldg. 10), room 110. Transaction windows are located outside, on the north side of the building (facing the Main Quad and the Learning and Technology Resource Center, or "Tech Mall").
The Cashier's Office provides support services to students, faculty and staff. Payments for the following are accepted at the cashier office:

Bus passes are NOT sold at the Cashier's Office and are available only at the Student Activities Window inside Bldg. 10. The Student Activities Window is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., and on Friday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
The Cashier's Office works with Admission & Records to see that the students' individual accounts are accurately posted.
Financial Aid and refund checks returned by the post office for bad addresses are also processed and disbursed from the Cashier's Office.
Authorization forms from third parties are accepted at the Cashier's Office. For example: Department of Rehabilitation, Military Tuition Assistance and various other sponsorships.
Direct Deposit Forms for financial aid are no longer accepted and financial aid recipients can see this link for more information: BankMobile.
Student Benefit Cards may be picked up at the Student Activities Window located in Building 10, room 110.
