Personal
I have lived in San Diego most of my life and have been teaching at Grossmont College since 1985. My passions (other than teaching!) include skiing the steep and deep winter snow at Alta and Snowbird, Utah, working in my garden, reading, mountain biking, golf and running. I began running marathons in the Fall of 2000, and have finished 25 so far, including the Boston Marathon 12 times.
